William was raised in Anacortes, Washington. He is a graduate of the University of Washington. William is employed by the Anchorage School District as a driver where he serves as a Teamster Shop Steward. He is a member of the Citizens’ Advisory Council for KAKM, our public television station. He is a past co-Chairman of the Bartlett Political Forum. He recently completed the Anchorage Police Department’s Citizens’ Academy. He is married to Karen, and is the father of two adult children.
