Michelle has been in the insurance industry for 24 years: She is currently the Alaska Business Development Officer for Wells Fargo Insurance Services. She has earned her Certified Insurance Counselor, Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow and her securities license designations. Michelle was raised in Alaska, received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Santa Clara, and returned home to Anchorage. She was a founding board member of the Anchorage International Youth Hostel and a founding board member and past-president of the National Association of Investors Corporation, Alaska Chapter, and the LUCRE Investment Club. She is a frequent speaker on insurance related topics to industry groups. Michelle has one daughter, Rebecca, who attends the University of Colorado at Boulder.
