Keith is a Department of Defense civilian with over 30 years of federal service. He is currently the Operations Technical Director at a DOD facility on Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage. His interest in international relations was spurred by several overseas tours with the US Army in Europe in the 1970's and 1980's, as well as assignments in Europe and the Pacific region as a DOD civilian. He has a BA in Russian Area Studies and an MS in Management, both from the University of Maryland. He is a graduate of the US Naval War College Non-Resident Seminar program (Command and Staff) at Pearl Harbor, HI.
