Ann Lovejoy joined the Anchorage community in June 2006. She is currently the Director of Organizational Development and Quality Improvement at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage Alaska. She moved west and her son moved east to graduate school in London, Great Britain.

Ann has extensive experience in strategic organizational development, process leadership, operations, and quality. She has led and built high-performing organizations in dynamic Fortune 500 environments. Her primary focus has been on stabilizing, sustaining and continuously building organizational performance; including the use of evolving models of capability-based organizational design and governance.
Ann Lovejoy has a BA and MA from the University of Washington in Seattle, an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and is certified in Advanced HR and Organizational Development from Columbia Teacher's College in New York City.
