Only Jennifer Kraft is the
Director of Community
Relations at the American
Jewish Joint Distribution
Committee, in which capacity
she serves as a resource to
American Jewish professional
and lay leadership about
global Jewish needs and
JDC’s programs and
priorities.
Jennifer has been with the
JDC since 1994, when she was
the recipient of the Ralph
I. Goldman Fellowship in
International Jewish
Communal Service and
conducted community
development and Jewish
educational projects for JDC
in Bombay and Kiev.
From 1996-1999 Jennifer was
based in Jerusalem as a
member of JDC’s Russian
Division, conducting
community development work
with Jewish communities
throughout the Former Soviet
Union. From 1999-2003 she
served as the New York
based-Israel Desk Director.
Jennifer is a graduate of
Tufts University, has a
masters degree in Social
Work from Columbia
University and a masters in
Judaic studies from the
Jewish Theological Seminary
of America.
